Is the generic of Lexapro available yet? I also have hypo-thyroidism and thought my weight gain was due to thyroid, could it also be from the Lexapro?

The Lexapro patent is owned by Forest Laboratories Inc and does not expire until 2012... so, it doesn't look like it's going to hit store shelves anytime soon.
