ive been on wellbutrin xl 300mg a day for about a week now and the first 3 days i had a bit of a headache and i felt kinda out of it like i had a fever, but then i experienced an increase in sex drive and a loss of apetite, and i am trying to lose some weight so i cant complain!!!

Wellbutrin can definitely cause these side effects in the first 1 - 4 weeks of use.
Appetite loss, or increase of appetite, is common. You may also experience sweating, headaches, drowsiness or nausea.
It's funny about the sex drive. A friend of mine's wife takes Wellbutrin to help boost her mood and sex drive. She told the doctor she didn't feel like having sex a lot, and the doctor gave her Wellbutrin! haha. a new viagra??
