I am on Adderall XR with very good outcomes over the last 4 years, my question is I am on over the max doseage, of 60 mg of XR total a day. I have been on this dosage for almost 2 years, I feel like its not working now, should I ask my doc to increase it or try another type?

I definitely think you should talk to your doctor. I switched to Adderall XR 40mg 6 months ago because I felt as though my body adjusted to my last medication. I was on Dextrostat 10mg for over 5 years and felt as though it had lost its desired effect. You know your body; the doctor can only help if he/she is given insight into how you feel.
