No I am not taking any other pills than redusyn. But I am eating lots of fruits. I think that this is much better than these vitamin pills. Don't you think so?
So this is my fourth day. And finally I have lost some weight again. 2lbs! I am so happy that I am back on the track:-)

Great to hear the good news. I think that if you are eating alot of fruits and vegies that you do get all your vit. I just take 1 Centrum in the morning, doesn't hurt. I do eat enough healthy stuff now, but I just want to be sure. What else are you eating?

I have been taken my redusyn pills again for five days! And I am losing weight continuously. Yesterday I rode my nw bike and it was so much fun. I am going to do it again today. What kind of sports are you going to do this weekend?
Well actually I haven't changed that much. I just try to eat more veggies and fruit and I try to avoid junk food, candies and fatty stuff in general. What about you?

I am glad to hear that you are on track again, I do the same as you, avoid junk food and eat alot of fruits (which I really like now) I rode my bike today untill it started raining, when it rains it is not fun. We are going bowling tonight, that must be good too, I haven't done that in a long time, will most likely lose, but what the heck.

Day 6 on redusyn! One week is almost over again! And I have dropped 1lb again :-) Guess it is time for another shopping tour. I am going to go to the outlet mall on saturday. Hopefully I will find something cute. Bowling is great! I haven't done it for ages! Maybe some friends of mine would also like to do it again too!

Let me know if you dropped a size, yep, bowling was alot of fun, and I had sore legs this morning, so it must of done me good. I think I might go more often. Must be a way tp burn up some calories. I hope that I can think of more fun things to do.

One week! I am so happy that I was finally able to restart taking redusyn! And I have to open the second package soon! How long have you been taken the pills so far? Yeah of course I will let you know! I guess I will tell it the whole world because of being so happy :-D

Well I have been taking redusyn now for 22 days and have lost 20 lbs, of course I have really been holding back with the sweets, and I am more active. That is a great change, I have decided to go for another month, I notice no side effects, so it must be OK. My doctor says i am in good health, so go for it.

My eighth day since I have restarted to take the redusyn pills and I keep on losing weight every day. I am feeling so good!

Hey, you are doing good now since you have been sick. I ordered a 3 month supply because it was cheaper in the long run, and I thought I would need it, it is working so well that I am going to take redusyn another month, maybe I will get to my goal faster than I thought.

Today I took my 9th redusyn pill! And I am still losing weight although I went out last night. This is so great. But guess what I did-I danced! I haven't done it for ages but it was so much fun and I just didn't care about the other people. Usually I would have wondered if I looked stupid on the dancefloor!

I just took my 10th redusyn pill while having a huge easter brunch with my whole family (I am at my parents house right now and therefore I think I won't be able to eat any healthy food until monday). I tried to stay away from all the lovely food but unfortunately I was too weak. But at least I was full quite fast :-)

Cherry, Happy Easter and I hope you have fun at your parents place. Don't worry about eating, you will do good. Redusyn keeps the hunger away, so I don't think that you will over eat. That is great that you went dancing, I haven't gone in years, but it is a good idea, you could think of it as exercise, and it's fun.

Yeah me too! And I tried to stay away from fatty food yesterday and I think it worked pretty well. Of course I ate some easter candies but not as many as friday. Hopefully I will have that much will power again today. By the way what are you going to do for easter?

So today is my 12th day. I am going to take the redusyn pill while having breakfast later. No I haven't experienced any side effects either. That is so great, isn't it?

This is my 26th day and I have lost 22 lbs so far, I did order 1 more package, I wasn't sure if they would agree with me, but I haven't had any side effects and my doctor said everything is fine, so I am going to do this one more month. I never thought that it would be so easy, did you?

It is my 13th day today! And even I ate quite much during the past days I have dropped 3 lbs! That is unbelievable, isn't it? 22 lbs sounds fantastic! How many sizes have you dropped so far? Redusyn is just great! I wish I would have taken it earlier...

I dropped almost 2 sizes, I guess in a week I will be able to say 2 sizes. How long are you going to do this? I just can't believe that I am actually losing so much weight. I am going to my doctor this week, need another check up, which I think is important.

My 14th day. And it is a very exhausting day. I am just having a short break but I have to get back to work in a minute. This week will be very busy I guess and I think I won't have much time to eat. Pretty good *Lol*

Keep busy, that is a good way to keep food out of your mouth. this is my last redusyn pill, but I am doing this another month. I have lost 24lbs and I am very happy about that. It was so easy, and I want to reach my goal before summer, and I can do it this time.

Sorry I didn't have any time to write yesterday. But of course I took the redusyn pill nevertheless I have lost 2lbs again. Today is my 16th day.
24lbs is fantastic. Do you think you will lose the same amount with the second package? Then you would have lost almost 50lbs in two months. Amazing, isn't it??

I don't expect to lose as much with the second package, I guess the weight kind of slowes down after awhile, and that is supposed to be good. Had my check up today and my doctor is very pleased with me, and also that I am getting active again. Have you been to the doctor since you have been taking redusyn?

Why do you think that the weight loss slowes down? I have been to the doctor once when I was ill two weeks ago. Do you think I should go there again? But I am feeling great and I haven't noticed any side effects. Therefore I think it is not necessary yet to go there again is it?

I just think that weight loss slows down because at first you lose alot of water that was stored in your body. I just went to my doctor for a check up just to make sure everything is OK. I haven't had any side-effects, but I wanted to know for sure. Miss Worrywart !! But he told me that everything is fine.

I just took the 18th redusyn pill. Right now we are going to have a big breakfast-a few friends will step by and I am sure that we will have a good time. But the best thing is that I am not really hungry. Might be because of the pills. I don't know. Anyways have a nice weekend!

Hi SweetJane, I have never heard of those pills. What kind of pills are this? And how long are you going to take the pills? I have been taking redusyn for some time. Do you know it?
Yes they were quite impressed but most of my friends are very thin and I don't think that one of them needs to use a diet pill.

I never heard of those pills either, but I am sticking to my redusyn, I am doing so well with them I would be stupid to change, I feel just great and I don't snack at all any more, which is the 10th wonder of the world. I don't even miss the treats and when I do eat something like ice cream, I really enjoy it more.

I am going to take the 19th pill today. I have the early shift again and therefore I have to get up very early. I will just skip breakfast because I am not hungry at all and take my redusyn later at work. Do you often eat something like ice cream? You may try the light option which doesn't have that many calories like the regular one!

Cherry, sounds like you are doing so well, isn't redusyn great? Of course I eat ice cream, but not gobs of it like I use to. I just eat one bar when I really have cravings for it, but that is not very often, I have noticed that I only need smaller portions now, do you have the same feelings?

Day 20! Yes I feel fantastic since I have started to take redusyn. I am losing weight every day! Before having tried the pills I thought I am going to stay fat for the rest of my life! I guess you felt just like me, right? Yes I don't have cravings that often anymore which is really nice. But still from time to time and need something to treat me. In the past this would have been a piece of chocolate but now it is something like fresh pineapple!

I feel the same way Cherry, I never thought that losing weight would be so easy, I am turning into a new person, and the best thing is, everyone has noticed. I even laugh alot more. The gal I work with, (the one that has started to take redusyn) her husband has now joined her. Isn't that great !! She is thrilled to death about that. I will see her again on the weekend, I can't wait to hear how much she has lost.

I have been taking redusyn for three weeks! Unbelievable! I have lost that much weight and I feel so much better than I used to feel before. I used to have a pain in my back very often but because of my weight loss it is almost gone!
