You got me too on that one, milk shakes are great, I haven't had one in sooooo long. Your recipe sounds pretty good, can't have many calories if you use low fat milk, and 1 banana, I just might try it tomorrow, will get the bananas and milk after work, that would be the perfect treat.

Well I tried that smoothie last night instead of having a snack. And I was surprised how tasty it was. I am definitely going to prepare it again-maybe with some other fruits. It might be good in the morning too instead of a coffee because of its nutriments. Maybe I should start taking the redusyn pill with that shake :-)
MaggieMay
Mar 10 2008, 03:03 AM
I tried the smoothie this morning, was really good, I want to try and cut down on my coffee intake (I drink way too much) Good idea a smoothie with redusyn in the morning, maybe with a bagel. That would take care of breakfast, maybe I will try some other kind of fruit in the smoothie, so that every morning you can have something different.
Cherry
Mar 10 2008, 10:13 AM
Me too. But I am not sure if I would survive without coffee :-) It is pretty difficult to get up in the morning anyways and without coffee...no way :-) I am sure that I would stop at a Starbucks on my way to work then :-) But a bagel is quite high on calories isn't it? I thought that whole wheat toast ist much better...
MaggieMay
Mar 11 2008, 07:30 AM
OH I know I Love my coffee in the morning esp. Starbucks, or Seattles Best, that is coffee, but I try not to drink so much, tried a smoothie with strawberries, that is really good, yes bagels are high in calories, but I eat only 1 plain one with my smoothie and it keeps me filled up till afternoon.
Cherry
Mar 11 2008, 08:07 AM
Yeah these strawberries smoothies are very delicious too. Too bad that Starbucks is so expensive although it is probably good for my health :-) Okay then it should be fine. But don't you have anything for lunch? What do you usually eat a day? Don't you have three meals? Have a great day!
MaggieMay
Mar 12 2008, 05:32 AM
Yes I have my 3 meals, depends on how I work, I have 4 different shifts a month, the night shift is really hard, it is hard then to eat regular, during the day I eat normal, just not so much and not so many fat foods, I am really trying to watch out. How do you eat during the day, I could really use some tips on how to eat when I have the night shift.
Cherry
Mar 12 2008, 10:38 AM
Okay then it is probably quite difficult to eat regular. So when does the night shift usually start? I would take some sandwiches and fruit from home which you might eat during the shift. Try to avoid candies and all that unhealthy stuff. I know this won't be easy but I am sure you can do it!
MaggieMay
Mar 13 2008, 08:16 AM
My shift starts at the ungodly hour of 10:30PM, we usually send out for pizza, but I quit that, I might have the one gal join me in my weight loss, she asked me why I didn't want to order pizza (she is quite chunky herself) now she is interested in trying redusyn with me, and then we decided to make fruit nights, that sure will help me out at night. also be fun doing it with someone too.
Cherry
Mar 14 2008, 10:21 AM
That sounds pretty good. The shifts might be easier if someone else is using redusyn. Then you might support each other and order healthy stuff :-) You don't have to order a pizza-why don't you order a salad or at least some pasta? As long as the sauce isn't too fatty pasta is okay too, I think. And these fruit night sound like a lot of fun too!
MaggieMay
Mar 14 2008, 10:47 AM
I hope that the other gal decides to join me, then the night shifts would be alot better, it is hard to just eat fruit when the other worker is eating a big pizza. I have the night shift during Easter with her, I hope that she will join me. I did order a salad once, but it was old, I guess it sat all day, I didn't enjoy it at all, I am going to make my own from now on.
Cherry
Mar 15 2008, 06:49 AM
Oh she hasn't decided yet? I thought she has already ordered redusyn. When is she going to make her decision? I really hope that she will join you because I assume that work would be much easier for you then. Yeah I know it is really difficult but try to develop enough willpower! It is you who wants to lose weight!
MaggieMay
Mar 15 2008, 10:01 AM
I had the early shift with her today and she asked me to order her some redusyn, I hope she gets it before Easter (we have the night shift together then) We are planning some healthy meals to get over the holidays, salads, and rice dishes, do you have any ideas for some special treats then.
Cherry
Mar 16 2008, 06:54 AM
Why does she want you to order her the redusyn pills? Doesn't she have an internet connection at home? Hopefully she will get the pills until easter but unfortunately I don't really think so because there are just five work days left. Nevertheles I wish you good luck.
My parents are going to visit me for easter. I thought about preparing an easter brunch with french toast. I found an intersting page in the internet with a lot of recipes. You might check it out as well!

MaggieMay
Mar 16 2008, 08:59 AM
She doesn't have internet, so I ordered them for her last night, maybe she will be lucky and get them before Easter, we have the night shift together, so it would be fun if she can start then too. Thanks for the link, I am sure we can find something really nice to make. Night shift is so boring, I think that is why we ate so much.
Cherry
Mar 17 2008, 09:13 AM
Oh okay I didn't knew that. Which redusyn package have you ordered for her? The one month supply or the one for three months? How much weight does she want to lose?
Well I wouldn't say that night shifts have to be boring all the time. Depends on the work you are doing. Working as a warden is probably one of the most boring jobs in the world but working as a cop might be interesting at night too :-)
MaggieMay
Mar 17 2008, 10:09 AM
She needs to lose like 60 lbs, so she went for the 3 month package. I would be afraid to work at night as a cop, you never know what will come up, I would rather do my boring job any time. We decided we will try and works nights together, that way we can keep busy together.
Cherry
Mar 18 2008, 05:31 AM
But I hope that she doesn't want to lose all the weight with the help of taking redusyn!? She really needs to change her lifestyle! Well I think I would enjoy working as a cop-it might be kind of thrilling and dangerous sometimes and that is what I really like :-)
MaggieMay
Mar 18 2008, 10:04 AM
She just wants a kickstart, and she has noticed that I have been doing so well, we are making a vegie night Sat. at work, and on Easter we are going to suprise each other, I am going to make her a dinner and she is making me something ( all low cal) I just haven't figured out yet what to make her, any ideas?
Cherry
Mar 19 2008, 04:14 AM
Oh okay. Tell her that it is absolutely necessary to change her lifestyle. Redusyn is no magic pill-she has to put in some effort too! A vegie night-that sounds like so much fun! So what exactly are you going to eat then? No unfortunately I don't really know what you could prepare for her. But I am sure that there are plenty of good websides with recipes available in the internet!
MaggieMay
Mar 19 2008, 09:41 AM
We decided to buy alot of different veg., ones we usually don't buy, like yellow carrots (did you ever see them) and we are getting low fat joghurt to dip them in, then we could eat all night long. and for dessert we are making a fruit salad. I will let you know how it was. I found a nice recepie for turkey breast on a veg bed. not many calories and sounds really good.
Cherry
Mar 20 2008, 10:41 AM
Yellow carrots? No I have never seen them? Do they taste differently? Well I am sure that you will have a good time! Are you going to have any special drinks too? Or just water?
Yeah that sounds like a very good recipe! Hopefully your friend wil like it! Enjoy your easter weekend!
MaggieMay
Mar 21 2008, 06:18 PM
Yes believe it or not yellow carrots, they also had black carrots, which looked terrible, I didn't buy them just the yellow ones, and they taste just like the orange ones. We are drinking water with lemon, she hasn't gotten her redusyn yet, but she wants to start changing her eating habits, but is having a hard time, she is still hungry all the time, I told her it will be better when she gets her redusyn. Happy Easter !!!
Cherry
Mar 22 2008, 04:05 AM
I have never seen those carrots. Where did you buy them? I usually buy everything at Publix or Winn Dixie but I guess I would have seen vegetables like this there :-)
But I thought you have ordered three packages of redusyn, haven't you? Maybe you could give her one of your packages first so that she can already start!
MaggieMay
Mar 22 2008, 07:05 PM
Good idea, we have the night shift together tonight and I will wrap a package up and give it to her before we have our Easter dinner, thanks for the idea. She will be happy to be able to start. She told me her husband also needs to drop a few lbs, so he might take redusyn too. I told her she was lucky to be able to do it together.
Cherry
Mar 23 2008, 03:24 AM
Wow I wish my husband would support me that much too. I mean he could also drop a few lbs but he doesn't really want to. And he is not happy about me taking redusyn at all. I really don't know why. So how was your night shift? Did you give her the pills?
MaggieMay
Mar 23 2008, 02:10 PM
She was thrilled that she could start today, seems like all we talk about at work is losing weight right now. She wants to start going to the gym with her husband, but said she has to talk him into it. He is sort of lazy, but I know she can get him there, she is a strong person. We are going to try to always work the night shift together, that will help us with the eating problem. Most of the others always order pizza and stuff like that, I guess they eat to pass the time, I mean I did that too. How was your Easter?
Cherry
Mar 24 2008, 04:35 AM
*lol* That sounds pretty funny. Maybe you will even infect your colleagues with the redusyn virus :-) What about her husband? Is he also going to try redusyn? I wish I would have that many people around me who are so trilled about redusyn....
My easter was very nice although we ate ways too much :-) How was yours?
MaggieMay
Mar 24 2008, 02:14 PM
Easter was OK, considering I had the night shift, we did eat some candy, but not much. We did eat alot of fruit tho, and I thought that was good. Her husband wants to wait and she how she does first, and if it works for her then he said he will give it a shot. I bet he will take redusyn too soon, he is a pretty cool guy.
Cherry
Mar 25 2008, 12:01 PM
Fruit for easter? *lol* You need to eat lots of (candy) eggs. Yeah that is probably a good idea. I mean your colleague knows that redusyn works for you but maybe it won't work for her. Can't wait to hear how she is doing. She has already taken about three pills, hasn't she?
MaggieMay
Mar 26 2008, 02:12 AM
Yes, she started right that night, she can't wait to t losing weight. I have to work with her this weekend and then I can see how she is doing. We are going bike riding after work, she is not a very active person, and I told her she better do some kind of exercises. She wants her hubby to go to the gym with her, but he would rather watch TV with a bag of chips and a beer. She will have a hard time getting him to a gym.
Cherry
Mar 27 2008, 12:58 AM
Sorry I was working all day and therefore I didn't have any time to write yesterday! Nice to hear that you friend has also finally started to lose weight. Hopefully she will also keep on exercising without you. Is she going to do a special diet too? How much weight does she want to lose with the help of redusyn?
MaggieMay
Mar 27 2008, 01:17 PM
She needs to lose 50 to 60 lbs. She is taking redusyn for 1 month at first, just like I did. She is going to watch what she eats and cook some low calorie stuff, also to help her husband. He is tending more to taking redusyn, I bet by next week he will take them too.
Cherry
Mar 28 2008, 12:59 AM
Has she received her one redusyn package? I guess it should have arrived already. Well do you think that watching what she eat will be enough for her? I mean she might lose weight now because of the pills but maybe she should join a dieting group to learn how to cook healthy.
MaggieMay
Mar 29 2008, 12:13 PM
no, she hasen't gotten her redusyn yet, but with Easter and all, it should come soon. Yes she wants to change her habits (also her husbands) she says that they are too young to sit at home at night and eat in front of the TV. She always wanted to take dancing lessons, now she is going to do that and her husband is going with her. Isn't that great?
Cherry
Mar 30 2008, 09:16 AM
Yeah probably because of easter. So how old are they? It is a great idea to take dancing lessons. This burns so many calories! I went to a club with a friend a few days ago and it was so much fun! And I am sure that I have lose some weight in that night :-)

Hello,
i have some suggestions:
1. Start building your shape with sport! It's the best because if you don't move you can`t get rid of the energy which is then stored in your body. You can use fitness, running, walking - try to combine some sports!
2. Try not to eat too much - you need healthy food! Not ANY fast-food !!!!! Eat as much vegitables and fruits trought your day. Drink at leat 2 litters of water a day - try drinking 1 cup of water per hour, but do not drink much then 2,5 - 3 litters because you will drown yourself
3, You can always drink some herbal metabolism boosters - its better for them to be herbal ! Not any steroid stuff!!! If you use steroids you lose a lot from your life! I can reccomend you this herbal energizers shop -
http://shop.allganja.com - you can try all of them but i personally have tried Activ8 for 2 months and i loose over 15 kilos (from 61 to 45-46, i am female).
Of course every man is differrent so you maybe can lose more in 2 months when you combine sport, energy-metabolism pills and a good diet.
Thanks for reading! Hope i was useful!

Thanks for your advise. Every advise is very helpful I think. If you know anthing else which might increase the weight loss please feel free to post!

Thanks for the information, I can use all I can get. Have you used this method? have you lost weight? I have been taking redusyn and I have been very sucessfull with it, have you heard of it? It has worked wonders for me.

Hi MaggieMay,
I did some yoga last night. Have you ever tried this? It was really nice and it kept me away from sitting at the couch and doing nothing (although I have stopped snacking since redusyn). It was really nice. I am not sure if a sport like this might increase the weight loss as well, do you?
MaggieMay
Apr 1 2008, 04:34 AM
I am not sure if yoga is exercise, but it sure can't hurt, better than eating junk food. Did you ever do yogo before? I have no idea how to do it. Maybe I will check it out and try it, I know someone who gives yogo lessons at work, maybe I can sit in on one of his sessions. I can ask him if it is possible to lose weight?
Cherry
Apr 1 2008, 11:54 PM
Yeah me neither. And I still might do other kind of sports. But yoga is really nice when you get back home from an exhausting day at work. You should really try it. One of my colleagues also told me about pilates which I am going to try later! Yeah it would be nice if you could ask him wheather you lose weight while doing yoga or not.
MaggieMay
Apr 2 2008, 02:46 AM
I asked the guy at work about yoga, and he said that you don't really lose weight by doing it, but it helps you mentally. I am going to one of his classes next week, might as well give it a try. He also noticed that I lost weight (WOOPIE) and I told him I was taking redusyn, of course he doesn't believe in diet pills, but told me if I am doing so good with them and combine it with yoga, then I will do better. Will see what happens.
Cherry
Apr 3 2008, 12:00 AM
That is a pity. I thought that I would burn at least some calories. Then I don't think that I will keep on doing yoga. I am exerising because I need to lose weight and not because I like it that much. You should give that guy some more information about redusyn. You are a good example that the pills are working!
MaggieMay
Apr 3 2008, 03:26 AM
I talked to him yesterday (he works in the same place I do) He did ask alot of questions about redusyn, his wife is overweight, any way, I gave him the low down on how I was doing and he was impressed, he was worried about side effects, and I told him I haven't noticed any. His wife will be in the class next week and I am going to talk to her. Who knows maybe she will also start with redusyn.

Hello, i have been trying to lose weight for over 2 years until i found one very good suggestion on a web site

. I bought 4 Activ8 pills and tried them for a month and 5kilos are gone. The things you have to calculate your daily body count with this website:
http://www.calorie-count.com/calories/calories-goal.php , then you need to buy Activ8 from this website:
http://www.buy-herbal-ecstasy.com , and finally start exercising at least 30minites per day! My fitness program contains Push ups and crunches. I take my pill about 20 min. before the whole workout. If you want to exchange fitness programs please write me at : nice1.thompson[@]gmail[.]com

You should eat within an hour of waking up in the morning and then about every 3-4 hrs you should have something else. Not a lot but something. Eat foods that you know are good for you. More veggies less carbs and fat.

I am not really sure if something like the bmi index or anything else like that is good, we all have different bone structure and stuff. I don't need an index to tell me if I am fat or not, I can see that myself, maybe we can help each other find a way to lose weight, that would be cool.
