While Wellbutrin should not show a false positive on a drug screening, it is highly recommended that you advise the testing physician or physician's aid that you are currently taking Wellbutrin, as well as any other medications or supplements you are currently on.

By disclosing this information prior to taking your drug test, the screening facility will be able to check for potential false positives and cross reactivity.
